I'm looking for advice on what phosphate test kit to buy.  I have a Hagen kit that is 9months old and the reagent has turned yellow.  I emailed hagen and they said this can happen with time but the test kit is still good.  I'm very skeptical about this because the kit is colormetric and the yellow solution will throw off the reading.  Any suggestions on brands of phosphate kits?

I have the SeaChem but I only think I tested for phosphates once and haven't used it since. I can't remember anything about the test. I was planning to test again soon anyway. I'll do so and let you know if it's any good.

I have SeaChem too. It "seems" to be accurate.
