Will I did it again, went to Petco yesterday and seen a small piece of rock in there with lots of marine grass looking plants growing on it, I thought it would be nice for my refugium so I asked the store person there if he could sale it to me, he said he couldn't because it actually came in as Silver Pulsing Xenia, I said where? So after looking closer I did see something. So he went and talked to the manager and he came back and said good news, she said sale it as a small piece of live rock, so I got it for $7.99 which orginally cost $34.00. So of course I said bag it, I still wanted the plants growing on it. 24 hours later this is how it looks.

hahaha!! The other 2 rescues I got from there recovered very nicely, it would have gone in the garbage soon enough, I am just happy that I could save them. Does this Xenia actually pulsate?

Here is one of them, this rock that I bought as yellow polyp which now has none, but is now fully covered by 2 different other corals. looks nice.

This is the Coral now, it surely looks silver, the little plants on there are pretty neat, but I don't know how I could remove them without killing them, there pretty neat.

That is a good place to shop if rescue is your thing... Maybe not all of them but ours should not have coral and anemones because of the lighting, prices are good but you better buy it the day it comes in...
