    Thats what I just did.
I wasnt thinking about this, my water really needed to be topped off. I was down about 3 gallons.
So in a 90 I wonder how much my salinity may have jumped?
Anyway. I just added the 3 gallons I was shy. Maybe this will help it a little

he might be saying that because he thinks it has white spot. or does higher salt= less o2

    Its reading about 1.022 -23

I see little white blotches that look like there inside his scales. Mostly on the top half of his body up onto the dorsal fin

Your PH could have been your problem.. 7.8 is quite low.
Desirable Ph should be 8.3 Im guessing thats what happened.
either that or your fish is getting a parasite such as Crypto.

to find out if its an O2 problem, you will want to lower your temp to about 76 and maintain a pH of about 8.1-8.3
also, if you can... put an air pump outside a window and run the line into the tank to get fresh O2. Or else just open a window near the tank.

If the condition improves then we know it is an air issue... but with the yellow tang not acting this way, I would point more towards parasite on the clown gills

The yellow tangs seems perfect along with the other Percula.
When I explained this to the store owner he tried to convince me that all fish are different and it really shouldnt mean anything.

    Ok. PH is at 8.3-8.4
I moved my two hydors so they are splashing some water at the surface. Hood is open. Its 90 degrees outside so I dont want to open a window near the tank! LOL House is about 73 central air
Something else. About 3 days ago I moved most of my liverock around. I don't know if that means anything.
