I noticed today he seems to be breathing very heavy. I have another one that seems fine. Also the yellow tank and 6 line seem fine.
I was told the clown is wild caught. I dont know if this would make any difference.
My water tests fine, except my PH is running a little low about 7.8- or so
    Any thoughts?
The only thing I could think is that I added some phosguard about 4 days ago?

He isn't eating either. Doesnt even have interest in the food. The other guys are eating great.
His balance seems a little off too.
His gills look like they are open a lot.

Three other things. I moved my powerheads, I also added some cheto a few days ago.
Also, I see there is some excessive micro bubbles in the tank from my skimmer.
I don't know if any of this should matter or not..

Not sure what's wrong, but out of the things you mentioned I would try to eliminate the microbubbles. How long have you had the clown?

Symptoms point to a parasite. Many attack the soft tissues of the gills, MI in particular. If you have a qt you should probably move the clown for observation and treatment.

Just called my LFS where I bought him.
I forgot to post that he is staying in the current of the power head.
He said that is a clue that he is looking for more o2?
He told me to lower my specific gravity to 1.19 or so. I am at 1.24 now
    Whats the thoughts here?
If thats a good thing to do, doesn anyone have a way to calculate how much water I need to take out and replace with fresh for a 90 gallon?

I would not lower it that much, try diluting to 1.022 and see what the affect is first.
