    When or if you get them fixed you should go ahead and check into getting some replacement lamps.

    A replacement 65 watt bulb is $26. they should be changed out every 8 months max.

    well i was running a very old 50/50 NO 40W bulb too and realized it was shot so just purchased the 6500k for it. hope that can keep thing going until Saturday when i get light fixed

    but don't MH lose there spectrum faster than PC's. The bulbs also cost a lot more.

    Darin, do you sell Coralife 65 watt with the straight pin arrangement? I seemed to have trouble finding the 65 watts in straight pin arrangement. They were usually 55 watt. The Coralife bulbs have a straight pin. I think Coralife was trying to corner you by having it fixed where you had to buy Coralife replacements, because noone sold straight pin 65 watt bulbs. Try to wait as long as you can before replacing the bulbs. Like Darin said 8 months max. Try to do it at 6 if you've got the $$$$$$$$.

    I never looked at reefgeek fletch. It doesn't matter for me now. My halides should be here in a few days.
