    Finally got the ocreef par 38 and goose neck. Very nice quality on both. I've taped little covers on a few bulbs to acclimate my tank. Very blue. I've got the 4 white, 6 royal blue, 2uv. Might recommend trying their other light with red and green in it if this is too blue. I think its too blue for me, but it was 6500k yesterday![​IMG][​IMG]

    Gooseneck was on sale for $39.99, but it looks like all their prices went back up to normal price. Looks to me to be the same exact one that Boostled sells for same price or less. The gooseneck/Par 30 or 38 bulb idea is a great solution on smaller Nano tanks I think.

    i am just worried, my glass is only 6cm thick. Will that support weight of light?

    ok ik im sounding like a noob, but the par 30 and 38 can go in a light socket but what watt light socket?

    a normal light socket. like in your house.

    This is in my eheim 9g glass cube that is 5 mm thick. The bracket is 3" wide x almost 3" deep with three fat rubber feet for connection. It transfers the weight quite well I think. This is what the gooseneck is designed for. [​IMG][​IMG]
