    Wow. THanks, I feel like sh!t!! ;D - hehe. yeah pvc is fun isn't it? that would work for sure... i still prefer corners (more teeth!! you know what i mean??) but this would work well no doubt...

    How deep would you recomend a plenum sand bed to be. And is a plenum better at converting nitrates to nitrogen then a DSB?

    If I were to make a custom acrylic overflow for my tank, how deep would I need to make it? One thing I like about that cross-cut PVC was that it was only 4 or so inches deep. It took up a very small portion of the back wall of the tank. I like that ;D
