    This video is of our Ocellaris larvae at 8 days. Note the darting as well as the tails curling. This is the behavior that takes place when eating. Today is day one on some baby brine shrimp. THey have been on rotifers since day one.8)

    very cool baxter. is there a percentage of how many will survive? i know all cant , but wasnt sure ifr there was one. and thnx for sharing

    At this point about 2/3 have survived and seem to be doing well. We have a rough count of about 90. This does not count the ones that probably were lost in the main tank before we realized they had hatched and during the transfer.8)

    How many times have you reared young? I take it you have gotten them to adulthood or no?

    This is our first hatch...Nothing like our cichlids which we have babies every few weeks, and we don't have to do a thing....8)
