opinions please

I placed an order for rock on the 6th. It was confirmed the next morning. After nothing happened for awhile, I called on the 17th. He apologized and promised it would be sent out by the end of the day. Still nothing. Two days ago, we called again. Again we got an apology and a promised it would be sent out shortly. As of today I still have not received tracking notification.

At this point, it may be time to file a report with paypal. I don't like doing this, but I don't know what else to do. What do you think? Does anyone know how the paypal reports work?

 

I would. You gave the guy an ample opportunity to send it. He didn't so time to do the needful!

 

I don't know, but agree with you that it's time to take action. It's not fun, but you held up to your part of the bargain. He needs to either ship it immediately (you've been plenty patient) or refund your money.

 

Your way more patient than I would be in that situation....
