    And Annick, I've never used a generator, but I know well the smell of ozone. My father pointed it out to me after a storm once when I was young, and that memory has stuck with me. My wife looks at me with the same crazy expression (or she used to) when I pointed it out. Now she can ID the scent too.

    Indescribable. It reminds me of the artificial scent we put into propane to alert us of its presence. Not many folks know that propane is odorless.

    My favorite thing about O[SUB]3[/SUB], is Bob Fenner seriously pushing the importance of running O[SUB]3[/SUB] on larger systems and on shared aquariums in fish stores. After we left from watching him speak, I was reading through his book and he says that it is very volatile. Which, if you've ever met him, is hilarious. Kind of an inside joke I guess. I can remember the smell from when I was a kid.
