    Hello,

I was thinking of setting up a 28 gallon Nano Cube tank.

I have about 40lbs of live rock that has been sitting in a box for over 5 years.

Does this rock have to be treated at all?

Was thinking of rinsing it with tap water then seeding it with about 5-10lbs for live rock.

    Would that work?

    Thanks.

Sounds like a good plan to me. Give them a good soak/rinse to get the dust/bugs out of them and you should be good to go.

Make sure to do a build thread with lots of pictures when you get started :)
