    I am pretty upset to share that my Bongo shrimp that I ordered didn't arrive today. It shipped out yesterday and it is now scheduled to arrive tomorrow. :(

    What are the odds that a little Bongo shrimp going to California from Wisconsin will live 3 days in the mail?

    I have no idea :/ but I wish you the best from Wisconsin.

    I assume liveaquaria? Do they have a guarantee of a live arrival?

    I've heard of a crayfish surviving 5 weeks in a lost USPS package and it lived. Of course this wasn't in the middle of the winter, but as long as water doesn't drop to too low temps, I think it will make it.

    Fingers crossed for you bud. I wouldn't attempt drip acclimating it though.

    Why not drip Vinny? That seems best here to me...

    Guess what? The Bongo shrimp lives!!!
    I was really worried about temperature - but the heat packs were still warm Lisa says. (I am at work) Lisa is acclimating it now.

    I ordered from the Drs Foster & Smith but they told me on the phone it did come from Live Aquaria. All good now, but I want FedEx to kick back on the delivery fee.

    Check it out! She sent me a pic... it is bigger than I thought! Hopefully it won't be fish chow.
