    my father has a fresh water tank and always keeps easy to get milk jugs filled with water under our sink well my step mother had one with soap in it for cleaning something and my dad mistaken for a regular jug of water and poored it into his taken this was quit i while ago but he had to flush all the water out of his tank and couldn't save but one fish but at least it wasn't salt water because he would of lost alot more but there sure was some interesting fish he had

    Sorry to hear that--Always label jugs FISH TANK ONLY!! Tell him he probably will have to tear down tank and soak it in bleach water for a day or so--then let it dry and start over.
