The pump on my PSK 100H skimmer broke. I contacted Eshopps and Kent emailed me an RMA. The pump was sent back to them about 3 weeks ago and I have been trying to contact them now for 2 weeks to see if the new pump is on it's way with absolutely no response. At this point, I am ready to buy a new skimmer (another brand obviously) as I am pretty sure I will never see the replacement pump. Is this the kind of service Eshopps gives? This is extremely frustrating!
