New San Francisco Oil Spill

This kills me. Actually, the last oil spill nearly killed me. But regardless, they just had another spill in San Francisco Bay. It is bunker fuel again. Nasty stuff. The limited information sure sounds like the last one. I pray it is not as bad. I sail on the Bay and the last one made it a wildlife ghost town for over a year it seemed. Just now, several years later, I feel like it has returned to what it was before - at least with seals, pelicans, porpoises, etc.

Well initial reports were 10 gallons. Then 100. Now it jumped to 800 gallons.
This is a very shallow part of the bay too. It took them HOURS to respond to the reports of a spill. Unacceptable.
