New pod tank....

    Just stuck a 18 watt PC on a 4.6 gal KK....got of C. ptolifera, bubble, very cycled LS and some miracle mud (just for the fine sediment) and a "portion O pods from some Cal. @ work ( pick up a bunch and drain the water from it into a bucket...). I also ordered some pods form florida pets. If this works as i want it too, then ill be doing this in a 60 gal with pc's for farming pods and various plants. This is a closed system with a P.H. on super low just for circulation, no inverts other than pods and hitchikers in the sand. If anyone knows of any good sites with in depth info on pods (copepods,amphipods, ect.) lemme know. Ive already done some snooping...but more info can't hurt.
