    I just received the lighting I purchased from ebay:

    48 inch 324 W T5 Aquarium light for Reef With Timer
    * Dimensions - 47.50” x 11.50 ” x 3.00”
    * Brackets add 2.25" in height
    * Supports 6 x 54W high output T5
    * Supports 10 x Bluemoon LED
    * Supports straight pin lamps
    * 324 W total power
    * Built-in Timer for automatic light settings
    * Black, non corrosive powder coated aluminum housing
    * Non-corrosive powder coated aluminum housing
    * Highly polished reflector
    * Contoured reflector
    * Cooling vents / cooling fans
    * Includes mounting brackets
    * CE Certified

    Listing includes:

    * 1x 48" T5 324 W high output w/Timer fixture
    * 3 x 54W T5 high output lamps 12000K
    * 3 x 54W T5 high output lamps Actinic Blue
    * 10 x LED

    I put 2 of each bulb in and plugged the system in to test it. I see a small flash of bright light and then nothing. The digital timer and programmer will not even come on now. I think I might of blow some sort of internal fuse with in the system. This should not happen though. What should I do, should a figure out where the fuse is inside and fix it or should I return it?

    Contact the seller and see about a replacement, IMO.

    how did that fixture run you? i bought an ebay light with no name bulbs and it could barley grow soft corals. Replace bulbs after you get it working asap.

    The bulbs are seaworld brand. I'm new to this but have never heard of them I will be replacing them with ATI.

    it was around 185-200 on ebay. I wanted it for the fixture itself knowing the bulbs were not that great. Im now waiting until 10 am pst to call the store were I bought them.

    I purchased a 4-bulb t-5 unit off of EBAY and had a few issues. I couldn't even get ATI bulbs to turn on with them and I had no growth with the stock bulbs. The fixture got extremely hot and left a "burnt plastic" smell unless I kept the ceiling fan running all day. I had plans on buying a similar fixture to what you purchased for my 55 gallon upgrade before I realized the ATI bulbs weren't working. I decided to return the 4-bulb the fixture and go with LEDs (which I can hang over my 55 once it's up and running). It was cheaper after I factored in the $120 it would cost to replace the stock bulbs with ATI bulbs (especially when you consider that you would have to pay another $120 every 6-12 months).

    Good luck!
