    I would love to have 1 or 2 Discus but am not sure if it will get along wih the mix of fish I have. I have

    4 Guppies
    1 Platie
    2 Mollie
    2 Fighter fish
    15 Cardinal Tetras

    What do you guys think?

    fighter fish? Do you mean betta's?

    lol.. I have searched on the net to find the correct name for the fish I have. I seem to find the betta fish having the fancy tail which my one does not have.
    I have been told by guy I bought it off a few week ago its called siamese fighting fish.

    Sorry I really new to aquatic hobby.

    Your fighter fish is one of the Betta species. The Discus should be fine with your fish as long as your tank is at least 36" long to give the Discus swimming room.
