    Hey,
I picked up this clam on Tuesday. He seems to be doing fine. Closes up a lot when the bigger fish swim by, should I move him to a less busy area or will he get used to them? What do you guys think?

The clam will acclimate fine. As long as you get enough light down to the clam you should not have any problems. Crocea are rock borers and should be on the rocks if you can find a nice level spot.

The clam will get used to all the fish in no time. Beautiful clam!!! Looks very healthy.

Thanks, I plan on moving it up though. It's attached to a piece of tile, so it should be easy to move. I'm just acclimating it to the lighting. I do notice it sort of closed up off and on though. Would this stress it out? The fish swim by that area a lot.

    Thank you.

Thanks, that's what I was wondering.
I keep going back to the tank to stare at it.

I haven't noticed any signs of stress in my clams from the fish swimming by often.

Good to know. I was just worried because the clam retracts kinda often because of this. Thanks.
