Hey guys. This is my first clam ever. Just got him today from my LFS. He is only about 3 inches across right now. He is sitting on the sand bed with a piece of rock just under his foot so he can attach when he is ready. 234 watts of T-5 ATI lighting. Hope you enjoy ;D

Nice clam Falcon. I have 2 clams, a Derasa, and a Crocea and they are my favorite inhabitants, they dont move or do anything flashy but they get the most compliments out of everything. People have a hard time believing thay are real.

haha, yeah thats where he sits all day waiting for food to drop out of the sky.

Also, does anyone know how long it takes for them to attach to rock? I dont imagine ever needing to move him closer to my lights but I would like to know.
