Good aquarium photography is a skill in itself. 3reef's new Aquarium Photography forum board should be a big help to learning how to take great aquarium pictures .... like me. :) Having just bought a new camera and searching 3reef just now, I realized that aquarium photography threads were all over the place. Not anymore. I just put them all in one place. If I missed any, let me know. Enjoy!

    You are welcome Tom.

FYI - I will add it to side navigation asap. Gotta catch a train...

If your camera allows you to adjust the white balance, all you have to do is put a piece of white plastic into the tank under the lights and hit adjust. If your camera doesn't allow you to adjust the white balance, you will have to remove the blue via photoediting software. There's TONS of free ones out there on the net.

Thanks for the help, I'll try it tonight. My camera allows me to change my WB, I can even save a WB profile for future shooting.

I can't wait to try this tonight, thanks again!
