I was on call and stoped @ the LFS.....low and behold the frag of my dreams was there. I was looking for some purple M. cap with red polyps......and they had some where I used to work....also attached was a truly picture perfect specimen of acro! For less the $60!!!!! I searched and searched....I am decent at id as far as LPS and ordinary SPS......Here are some pics......big flourescent green polyps promenantly protrude from the long corralites, with a bright purple base.Ne guesses from the vets? Sorry for the photos, Even with a 10.2 mp slr......Im still below par in photography...lol.::)

Here is a btter shot of the structure, its hard to see when the polyps extend. Ive been told A. valida, teneus, and a slew of others, but its a CR frag so maybe someone knows of its origin and common name or even better... the sp......thanks.I just realized the title of my post say genus.....
