Ok yall figured I would let the credit card cool down while I write this thread.

Just bit the bullet on most of the major components of my new system. Decisions decisions decisions.
Here it is so far ;D

Skimmer- Octopus recirc 110 (Marine Solutions)
Lighting- Hamilton 175 watt MH 10K with 2x96 watt PC (Marine and Reef)
UV- Current USA gamma 25w (Marine and Reef)
    Reactor- Two Little Fishes (reused)
Sump- AGA 20 long to house the skimmer,uv,reactor etc. (Reused my first tank)
Fuge- TruVue 30 gal (reused from my last tank 55g)

Good luck with the new set-up! I'm curious to see the final product, particularly the stand. I need a cabinet for my tank so it'll be my project for the winter.

yeah, not a cheap hobby by any means... Just spend almost $200.00 on just four frags at my local pet shop! I need to be able to stop going to pet shops and buying things... I guess I could say that our natural reefs are becomming decimated due mostly in part to our carelessness(pollution etc.) that I would save a reef by continuously adding it to my tanks(GOOD EXCUSE?)
Well, good luck with your tank! Keep us posted as to what you get for livestock!

I was in downtown Nashville, there was this (I assume) homeless guy with a sign that said "I'm not going to lie, I want a BEER". I had to stop and give him $5 for his honesty, haha

Here in FL panhandle the panhandlers are litterally on every corner. Yes, it woiuld be nice to see one being honest. There is one on the corner near work who has been there for a year now? Sign reads 'homeless vet needs help, God Bless' What's up with that? A year?
Post pics of your new tank.
