    We received your order on 1/11 on our system, shipped it that friday 1/14 by UPS, UPS tracking says it arrived in WV from Az on 1/21 at 1:04pm at your front door.
    Sorry for any gaps in written communication. We have been slammed lately and our sales email overflowing. We build every system to order with fresh cartridges so that explains why the three days to build, shipped the next day (missed UPS that afternoon).

    Hope your system was worth the wait. We appreciate your business and are trying to improve. We ate on four forums for example and have doubled our staff to handle to the communications end of things as we grow. Once again, sorry.

    Your products are always worth the wait. I was told in my first email from you guys that I would receive correspondence when the order shipped. Since I had not received any information, I assumed that it had not shipped yet.

    I will still be recommending you to friends and using your products.

    I am making water right now :)
