Need info on my pump that failed?

    I have been emailing eshopps since friday on the status of my psk-75 pump that failed. My rma is 1231 and I shipped it back last tuesday. Could someone please let me know what the status of this issue is? Do yall have a phone number to call or any other way of communication?
