I unloaded a shipment @ work approx. one month ago and got to keep afew of the tiny tiny coral frags and dont know what they are. The first looks torchy to me but im lost on the second one. The torchy looking one is approx. 2cm wide and has sweepers that are 2-3x's ther size of the other tents.... and the other alleged coral is sitting on the inner edge of a shell that measures 4 cm and is a dark green. Both have more than trippled in size scince i got them.

I moved the shell to the bottom to get a better pic, i aslo adjusted the brightness so you can the the shape of the coral better, the color to the eye is a dark green. I need to do an algae scrub...

It appears to be a LPS and is there an outside chance it is another torch. It's not an anemone is it, can you see the mouth? The tentacles appear to be a little bulbous.

The base is pulled in the shell, i think it may be an anemone as i look at it many many times each day and have yet to see any sweeper tents, i dont want to move it around alot so im just going to let it grow and see what it turns out to be. I looked on the net for about an hour yesterday and could not find a photo match as far a the shape.

As you are aware anemones are motile so if it moves, bingo. Keep us posted on its' growth and we'll see what it is when it grows up, eh?

In case it is A. mojano it's going into my hosptl, Im leaning towards your guess Jason as I noticed it has no hard base this morning before it opened, also it has a very similar shape to mojano. Thanks for the help on that one, im going to let it live as i cant help but watch it grow.

A hospital tank or sump sounds like a good solution!
