So here it is. I have a 55g tank with a penguin 350 hang on filter, heater, koralia 2, a lot of live rock, and a cleaner shrimp (all my fish died from ich). Now waiting to be added into my setup is a 38g sump with my equpiment.

My cousin was supposed to help me plump it all since hes done this before but he keeps blowing me off and not showing up. So im gunna do it myself but need a ton of advice on how to do it.

For the return line i have flexible material my lfs gave me. But what do i need to plumb from the cpr overflow? The bulkhead is 3/4 in

    THANKYOU!

I use clear vinyl tubing with a stainless hoseclamps for the overflow. I like being able to see in it, and no need measuring cutting and glueing pvc. It bends however you need it to.

if you use clear tubing, youre going to need a barb fitting to attach it to the (threaded?) bulkhead.

i would recommend ridgid PVC though. for that you will need a slip fitting.
