Need a bulkhead soon!

    Got a new tank and have it all ready and full added all the water and it leaked GRRR now had to drain all the water side it and the bulkhead was striped on one thread just one.... the bulkhead was fine just bought the tank today and moved. I am going to try to find one tomorrow where should I look? I am thinking Spa/Pool stores?

    Spa/Pool sounds like a good start. If you are lucky, you might find one at a Home Depot or the like.

    Good luck in your search.

    Try teflon tape in the nean time.

    +1 on the teflon tape, wrap it around the stripped thread several times.

    You can always get one from BRS and have them overnight it...expensive, but a thought if you can't find one locally.

    That's a great link I got one drove 3 hours in pouring rain but have it now. Thanks for the link next time. Thanks for all the tips guys. Oh and ps no pool spa and pond stores are open on sundays...they also have bulkheads.
