Need 100lbs dry rock!

BRS is out of stock untill the end of the year or later, I need it sooner.

My question is two fold, I want to go cheap, and second part is will I tell a difference between florida rock, or non fiji rock and fiji rock. I plan on using Fiji rock as my live rock. and don't want two different looks. I like porous rock, that will be good as base rock for aquascaping.

think there is a difference between the rock they sell and say BRS? fiji vs other?

 

1 of my 2 petsmarts sell very similar dry rock slightly overpriced - also have a lfs thats ran by a hardcore reefer that keeps it in stock - the lfs lady sells it for 3$ a lb its called south seas base rock maybe call around to your locally owned stores and see if they can get it?

 

Its not Fiji rock but reefcleaners.org has some of the best base rock out there as far as pourous and price. In my personal opinion i like it better
