Can I add a Blue hippo Tang to a tank that already have a Yellow and Naso Tang? Would they get long?

It would likely be ok. Nasos and Yellow tangs are "usually" quite docile for tangs.

Yeah, they get like 18 inches long!

As tadpole asked, what size is your tank?

The short answer to your question is yes you can add a hippo with those other two.

I agree its true as long as you make sure that firstly your tank is big enough, and something i've found that helps when combining types of tangs is adding them at different sizes for example 1 inch hippo added to a tank with a 3 inch vlamingi! :)
