 Can anyone give me an idea of the most common diseases that a tang could get besides ick. The fish had quit eating a couple days ago but seemed to be aciting normal out side that. He always followed me around the tank, and when he was ok I could hand feed him. He didnt show any other signs besides not eating. I dont think it was ick because I didnt see any white specks or show the signs of ick. Had him for about 3 months till now. and Ill give the tank mates and water readings.
tank is a 225, with a 100 gallon sump plumbed to the basement.
around 250 lbs. of live rock
tank has been up a little over a year
last water change was 2 weeks ago, about 50 gallons which I do every 3 weeks.
    temp. 77
    salinity 1.024
    ammonia 0
    nitrates 0
    ph 8.3
    cal. 445
    mag. 1350
tank mates: emporer angle, 3 yellow tangs, s.sailfin tang, fowface, 2 clowns, bower shrimp&fire shrimp, lawnmower blenny, about 60 hermits.
corals: small amount, or for my tank
    devils hand
    leather toadstool
    zoas
    kenya tree
about 10 diffrent sps (sorry dont know all their names)
    frogspawn
    hammer
    gsp
    xneia
I hope I have covered the everything, all the fish have always seemed to get along, no bullying to really speak for.:-/
    thanks everyone.

If there was no signs of stress on the fish from the outside, I might suggest internal parasites or issue possibly. Or just the fishes time simple as that. Sorry to hear about the loss.

see what I dont undestand is the last 4 fish I have tried to add over the last 7 months have died. 2 from ick, and the other 2 like this poor guy. gets kinda expensive dropping $45 on a fish each time.
