Caulerpa taxifolia (feather Caulerpa) to be exact...it and its variants are considered "noxious weeds", as are C. racemosa (green grape) and its variants.

They are fast growers that are great for nutrient export, but you do need to keep them pruned. The fast growers can "go sexual", but IME, if you keep them pruned and pay attention to them, you'll be fine.

We've used both feather and green grape Caulerpa for many years in various setups. One thing I will stress is that you freeze any unused clippings for 24 hrs before you dispose of them, just to be sure they are dead (you never know what makes it to the ocean).
