    i dont think ill ever stick a hand in one of my tanks again, oh wait, i dont have any tanks. whew!!

    Looks just like the one I had mine was about 2 inches long. I found it trying to get a fish one night after I lost all my crabs and snails. When I found the LR it was hiding in, I gave it a fresh water dip and he shot out like a rocket.

    ive had this before! i went and got sand from the beach for my first tank, BIG mistake! about 6 months into the life of the tank i thought id have a look at it after lights went out.. to my discovery i saw a worm about 1/4 inch in diameter and sticking out about 2inchs out of the sand! after i saw it its burrowed into the sand leaving a sand trail of where it went.. soon after that i nuked the tank because the fish disappeared

    If you had fish disappearing, I'd put my money on a bobbit worm.
