    This guy molted and lost both of his big claws and 1 of his filtering appendages. Will they grow back? Is this normal?

    I don't know about porceline crabs but most other crabs will grow back a lost appendage. Make sure you are supplementing the tank with iodine as shellfish need this mineral for shell developement.

    i have two of them and when i bought them one of the was in the same boat. and he grew them back. it took a while but he is very healthy now.
