    Updated april25. seepage2. corals added

I am so impressed with BoostLed. Not just their service but the product. I recieved the par30 yesterday and ran to home depot for a desk lamp. I have it over my 8g biocube and love the color and shimmer. The tank is 2 months old and is coming together nicely now with the LED lamp.

Thanks Matt, Thats a standard desk lamp from home depot $34.99 + tax. came with a shield that wrapped around but i believe boostled will void the warranty if i use it. I pretty much dropped what i was doing and ran to home depot as soon as i got the lamp.

Thanks for info - looks good without it and will help with heat by not having it. Nice!

EDIT - I brought my DYMAX to work this week and may do something similar.

Matt would love to the dymax setup with this bulb. Has the IQ5 landed in N. America yet?

the dymax would look pretty sweet with one of these. is yours at work on a desk or anything? the only thing i think would distract me would be the blinding light at eye level when i sit at my desk.
