My pair of banggai cardinals spawned last night and I could tell for sure that the male was holding eggs in his mouth. He didn't eat and I know this is expected because they're not supposed to eat until they release the fry in about 3 weeks. This is this pair's first try as far as I know. Anyway today his mouth doesn't seem quite as full but he still seems to maybe be holding eggs in his mouth, but I also saw him eat a few bloodworms today. Is it possible that he could still be holding some eggs in there and eating at the same time, or does this mean he'd certainly have to have eaten the eggs?
Any related advice would be fantastic, thanks! :)

Yeah I'm going to try to raise the fry. I have a ten gallon I was going to use for quarantine but I can raise the fry in it if there are even any left now.
I think pterapogon kauderni is pronounced tara-po-gone caw-der-nee.
