I am converting my 54 gallon corner to SW. It was just a community FW tank so it doesnt have any special lighting or anything. My question is will fuzzy mushrooms survive under normal aquarium lighting? My 150 reef is over run with them and I was thinking about moving some into the 54 until I can get rid of them.

    ..
I would say "maybe" ,but probably not..I know ,that doesn't really make sense .I say maybe because i actually have a couple shrooms that let go in my DT and they made to my sump where the scrubber is and they haven't shrunk up yet.The scrubber is lit by regular fluorescents, you know, the curly Q lights .
Just give it a shot .

    I agree, I'd give it a shot.
