mp40 on sale!!

SaltySupply has the mp40 w es on sale for $100 off!! Really tempted to take the plunge but its still so much more than the jabeo.

I was goingto jsut usethe 3 mp10 es on my new 90gal build but kind of did want an mp40. Not sure if its really needed or justified t hough.

 

Ecotech drives the prices so should be same everywhere. Wonder if the are going to be releasing something to replace them. $299 is alot but I think I payed close to that for my mp10. So if you have that extra cash(think of it as a loan from your tax return) I would get it.

 

Yea Im wondering if a new product will come out.

Thing is Im not suepr happy with my mp10w. I love what they actually do and not having cords in the tank, my issue is with cleaning them. The yare so ahrd to get apart a,d the ceramic shaft tip on 2 of them have cracked and chipped in less than a year of use. I also wish they could be directional but I udnerstand its not possible with and outside the tank cord device nor is it needed.

Is an mp40 really needed for a 90gal tank or would mp10s be mroe than enough?

 

maybe you can contact ecotech and see what their price intentions are. If this is a short sale or it this a price reduction then make decision from there

Maybe 1 of these and pointing from the bottom up and a cheap one top to bottom in combo with the return pump agitating the top., Circulating water in a diagonal loop.

Anyone just go straight across?
