    From what I read it sounded like the storm and fish not being that intelligent is the cause of the deaths. I mean humans built the pier by it's not like its meant to be a big fish trap...

    wow! california cant do anything without dropping 100k it seems. are there no seine nets there? seems like that would be a 3 hour job for 5 people with a floating seine...just saying...100k for the cleanup. I need to get into the environmental clean up racket....

    please don't shoot the messenger , just another view(to many divers collecting /to many wholesalers/ to many retailers / to many reefers/to many tourists./ to many aquariums with revolving doors one live fish in one dead one out. just a thought lol
