Mini cycle?

    I am ready to set up my sump/refugium. I wanted to use Miricle Mud, but Petco ran out :( so I bought 5 lbs of live sand to put in there. My question with about 12-15 gallons of new salt water added and the new live sand in the refugium, will there be any kind of mini cycle that I need to be concerned about?

    OK! Sounds good to me, I thought the new sand would have to go through something :D setting up the sump/refugium now
