Does anyone have any successful methods for getting hair algae of the back wall of an aquarium. Most of it's already dead but i'm worried about spreading. I already tried a razor but it's plastic and the razor scratched the soft plastic. Idk if I can use my fingers, I'm doing a bunch of aquarium work tomorrow, so I'd like some ideas laid out for me.

buy a plastic blade for acrylic, then go through with a tube and siphon it out.
