    I had a Bi-Color Angel that my housekeeper gave me and I lost it to Ick because tthe medicine wasnt sent next day like I paid for...okay now the tank is Icked and the other two fish also..I am dosing the tank with Kordon Ick Attack and feeding gel-tek with Tetracycline. I heard Kordon wasnt to hot so I got the gel-tek which is a medicated food. During the week or so that I will be dosing the tank I know to shut of the carbon but should I shut down the skimmer for the time or just shut it down for a couple hours after dosing the tank. The bottle doesnt say...

    I did shut my skimmer down during treatment with meds, I was told that the medicine level would probably dip too low with it running. Also, when I had the skimmer on, it filled and overflowed with the foam, so I unplugged it.
