hi im new here i was searching about noise from mj's i have 2 1200's running with 1600 surflow mod and i moded the mod twice. i used 2 magnets of my old k's removed balls from mj's cleaned up ends removed balls from koralias and drilled them out super glued my mj supports into koralis balls works great using the korallia mags.also fitted a small piece of tube between shaft and propeller stopped alot of noise.still a bit of hum but hope this will go within a couple of weeks 70 gallon tank softies sps lps corals nice flow moves muck from sand bed also.if ya like to see a pic let me know i'll upload one.
