    he is in my 100 reef. granted he is only about 1.5 inches long... and i will be relocating him soon. once my snowflake gets bigger i have no doubt my mantis will become a target.

    Yeah I'm definitely thinking that a small mantis with a larger eel will definitely become eel food.

    maybe get a full grown peacock and it wont become prey from the full grown snowflake eel

    fully grown snowflake eel is like 2' isn't it?

    I am thinking the mantis is going to be lunch, but I have no experience with eels.

    Yeah if anything I would go with a large peacock. That way they both know not to mess with each other.

    If they grow up together, you might be safe. It'd have to be a pretty big mantis though.
