I have had a major alea problem that began after switching to 2x TaoTronics 120w Dimmable led lights. I am wondering if these lights are causing the problems by emitting a spectrum that promotes algea growth.
I have these light fairly close to the water and have attempted to change duration and intensity to no avail.

I am using RO and Param look OK.

Image attached what kind of algae is this??

Algae can't grow without the nutrients it requires. This is certainly a nutrient problem/issue, first and foremost.

What are your nitrate and phosphate levels? What do you feed, how much, and how often?

Is it just on the glass? How often do you clean your glass? (something which every tank requires)

Looks like standard film algae that just hasn't been cleaned in a month. If I didn't clean my glass every 4 days it would be covered too. I'd start cleaning it before it gets worse and keep up on maintenance

it looks like cyano to me but it's hard to tell without looking at the top of the algae.
