Majano???

I bought a rather large zoa frag and i was getting tiny cluster frags when i found this guy, hes a very attractive, cute little guy. Brilliant orange tenacles. Majano or some other anemone? How bad are these because i'd love to keep him, the zoa polyp right next to it seems unphased.

 

if i didnt know majanos were pests, that would be my prized peice LOL same deal with aptasia, only they look better.

 

so this is a majano 100%? Forgot to add that he is about 1/4" in diameter

 

I don't believe it's a majano. Google hidden cup coral or rock anemone. If it turns out to be a majano it definitely wins the prize for coolest looking one I have ever seen.

 

is it kinda flat? IMO it might be, it definitely doesnt look like a maxi mini.

 

if it helps, when i was fragging, when it retracted, it turned into a squishy translucent water filled bubble. Better pic???

 

I agree with RM on the colorful one,but it does look like it may be one hanging down in the bottom right corner of the photo,on the piece you are holding.

 

it has the color of a rock nem but the structure looks different to me. and yes another pic would help

 

about to take another pic, the big grey anemone is a warty rock anemone that is on the rock in the background.

 

structure wise, do they look alike or no?
