    Emeralds will definitely help as they eat most non calcareous algae when small.

    Just found the largest one in my tank... it's in my refugium ironically enough (sad excuse for a fuge, it's just a chamber with no sand bed and some chaeto). It's just over 1 inch in length growing literally on the side of an acrylic baffle.

    I need to know if I should take this out or leave it in there as a nutrient export. I would imagine that it'd be best not to have it in there in order to keep the seeds out of there, but the fuge gets a longer light cycle (reverse light cycle) and I'd rather the stuff be in my sump, so I am stuck not knowing what to do. What do you guys recommend?
