A lot of Chinese ware comes through my inbox, but the LT A008 LED aquarium light stood out recently with its slim aluminum profile, choose of 3W LEDs (cree, epistar or bridgelux), and program control with remote. The LT A008 comes in black or white which would be nice for those with IM tanks. See attached PDF for more details.

I believe blue is 450-465nm. White is 8 - 10k. (it is in pdf)
I like the LED brand options, but noted a lack of UV and red that may be important to some.

It says in the PDF that the customer can specify the spectrum. Using a few warm or neutral whites in lieu of the "cool" whites would remedy the lack of longer wavelength LEDs.

Custom order a single light direct from a Chinese manufacturer sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. You're better off working a well known US company to purchase from.
