    Thanks, Omard...Our clowns are hosting our very large Frogspawn colony...At this point it doesn't seemed to be bothered. They hosted our very large Toadstool for about 6 months before moving on..Never saw them host the brains or plate....The tank looks very healthy now all of the other corals look great...

    I also struggle with flow on the sandbed...It seems that if i get a lot of flow where the plates and brains were, it causes a sandstorm...Our other Plate is doing great....

    you don't need to pound the brains and plates with flow. The sand will irritate them more than anything else will caused by not having flow there.
