LPS not doing well

    We have a few LPS's not doing well in the tank. All of our leathers, softies, mushroom, xenia, blastomussa, Orange Montipora(Growing to giant size) are doing great...
    Parameters
    Alk 7.5 dkh
    Calcium 440
    ph 8.4
    SG 1.026
    Temp 80
    Phos .05
    Nitrites 0
    Ammonia 0
    Nitrates .05
    I am not sure what else to look for...I am getting bummed big time...
    Help!!!!

    Sure, we lost an open brain and now our orange polyps are starting to recede..

    open brain slowy died ? or all of a sudden ?
    polys , receeding by how much ? the rest shrinking / closed up ?

    whats your lighting set up ?

    Lighting 8 T5's 432 watts

    Lost the brain over a period of about a week...

    What was the flow like around the Brain. And what lighting?

    Hi Jason,
    The flow was moderate as it was on the sandbed and the lighting is 8 T5's at 432 watts.

    At night did you notice it's feeders out?

    I'm assuming it just receded slowly over a period of time, is this true?

    I had a red and a green, their feeders did come out at night and I would feed them a few times a week. The red one went in about a week, the green one was feeding one day and started receding the next....:cry:
